Orebic is a seaside town with a long maritime tradition, with various items exhibited in the local Maritime Museum showing centuries of naval heritage. A notable place to visit is also the charming house Mimbelli. However, beaches, seaside promenades, hotels and bustling Summer vibe in restaurants and cafes are probably main attractions in this area. From public pebble beaches to hotel beaches, there are many spots to enjoy swimming and sunbathing during the hot Summer days.

Not too far from Orebic there are a couple of other notable spots, such as the world-renowned windsurfing location and beaches in Viganj and Our Lady of the Angels Monastery above Orebic, with great views on the channel between Orebic and Korcula.

Peljesac is one of the best wine regions in Croatia, having many wineries offering wine tasting of local wine varieties. Do not miss to check out the city walls of Ston, as well as the picturesque villages scattered around the peninsula.
